About Me

Tim Mensch has resided in the Bucks County area for his entire life.  Originally from Levittown, Tim currently resides in Fairless Hills.  He studied political science and business at Penn State University and proceeded to run a small business locally in Bucks County.  His interest for real estate began with a book on real estate investing, leading to a turn from a minor interest into a new passion.   Tim is passionate about the needs and goals of his clients and he strives to bring peace of mind to buyers, sellers, and investors alike.  He is committed to using his local knowledge and investment interests to fully understand the local markets, in  turn guiding his clients in the right direction.   Previous business experience has given Tim the proper skill set (time management, negotiation, and marketing) to help you accomplish your real estate goals.

Aside from real estate, Tim enjoys playing golf and hockey.  He is a Philadelphia sports enthusiast and enjoys being outdoors with his wife and dog.
